Tomcat warning about "jar not loaded"

Description

When starting Tomcat I see this warning in the log file:

INFO: validateJarFile(../webapps/rasdaman/WEB-INF/lib/javax.servlet-api-3.1.0.jar) - jar not loaded. See Servlet Spec 2.3, section 9.7.2. Offending class: javax/servlet/Servlet.class

Should this jar file be packaged in petascope at all? Some info I found here:
