Description
rasmgr.auth, the file containing user information, is stored in /home/$user/.
Move it to $RMANHOME/etc

Ok I submitted a patch, I noticed that etc/ has been changed to $HOME for some reason in changeset:c8c56f469808794251370c35d48cb13ae6e9b180
