RnpRedesign: stop_rasdaman.sh does not stop rasdaman

Description

stop_rasdaman.sh script does not stop rasdaman complex in the feature_RnpRedesign branch:

 stop_rasdaman.sh 
stop_rasdaman.sh: terminating all rasdaman servers
terminating rasdaman server manager(s)...    This rasmgr instance has running server groups. Down all the server groups before stoping rasmgr.
done.
stop_rasdaman.sh: done.

I think it should have the same behavior as the previous version of the script.
