Description
This looks a bit confusing, not very consistent
update_petascopedb.sh: database last update number is 8 update_petascopedb.sh: detected 9 updates in /home/dimitar/projects/rasdaman/community/install/share/rasdaman/petascope... update_petascopedb.sh: starting from update counter n.9 update_petascopedb.sh: updated database to update 8

I just try to mimic by stopping at update 8 then try to update from update 8 to update 16, the result is consistent, you can consider close this ticket.
