Description
If we want to avoid proliferation of wrong links to our trac we need to correct the ticket URL in notifications. Currently I get as base url:
http://kahlua.eecs.jacobs-university.de/trac/rasdaman/ticket/
While we should have:
http://rasdaman.org/ticket/
