FIX - WSclient adds functionality to add a WMS layer from an existing coverage and allow to add an existing coverage as a pyramid member of a WMS layer

Description

When admin user logged in WSClient, then he should be able to:

  • Create a local WMS layer from an existing geo-referenced coverage
  • Add an existing coverage as a pyramid member of a WMS layer
