wcst_import - daemon should reimport everything when .resume.json is removed

Description
wcst_import runs as daemon and it created .resume.json file. Now, one wants to delete the coverage and reimport all files without stopping the daemon, he should remove .resume.json file only.
Currently, wcst_import daemon doesn't regard if .resume.json doesn't exist anymore.
