Description
The test will change allow_write_requests_from=9.9.9.9 in petascope.properties (create a backup for this file first) and restart embedded petascope, then it tests if a request with admin credentials can still perform a write request (InsertCoverage / DeleteCoverage), then revert the properties file and restart embedded tomcat.
