Petascope - ignore broken WMS layers with non-existing coverages

Description
For example, a WMS layer A is associated with coverage id A. Then, in coverage table, coverage A is changed to C.
Then, petascope should still work for WMS GetCapabilities (the layer A will not be returned).
An warning log in petascope.log as will be added:
Coverage 'S2_MSIL2A_TCI_Germany_mosaic', associated with the layer 'S2_MSIL2A_TCI_Germany' does not exist.
