WSClient - Update coverage id in WCS DescribeCoverage tab

Description
It is useful to rename the id of a coverage in a friendly way instead of deleting the coverage and reimport with a new coverage id.
This can be done in WSClient (WCS DescribeCoverage tab) when petascope admin user logged in and the admin can see a feature to update a coverage id.
