wcst_import - should not allow to import different geo crss from files into a coverage

Description
wcst_import should check if the crs is specified in the ingredient file (or from the first file) are the same for other files when it analyses input files.
The typical use case is, one can still import Sentinel 2 files from 2 different UTM zones to 1 coverage. This is an error case as coordinates in one UTM zone does not mean the same in other UTM zone.
