Systemtest_Test deleting coverages should log deleting error to test.log file

Description
In systemtest/testcases_services/test_zero_cleanup/, it deletes any imported coverages by testing wcst_import, but if it failed for deleting 1 coverage, it just shows 'failed', in this case, it needs to log the error message from petascope to test.log.
