WCSClient_Revert GetCoverage's button to download coverage

Description
Currently, it has a problem that if a coverage is selected in DescribeCoverage then in GetCoverage tab, if one changes some information about subsets/encode format, it will return the default values (select whole coverage in application/gml+xml). Also, it is not clear from GUI to know when one can get a coverage.
Therefore, it is better to revert this change and add a button as before to allow send GetCoverage request.
