WSClient_Click on WCS GetCoverage button should send GetCoverage request if a coverage has been chosen

Description
Currently, in WSClient, WCS GetCoverage tab, first, user needs to select a coverage by typing a coverage id in the text box and click on GetCoverage button. This will show the forms for trimming, slicing, range subsetting,…and user can change these parameters here before clicking on Download Coverage button at the bottom to send the WCS GetCoverage request.
From Peter's request, after a coverage has been chosen, if user clicks on GetCoverage button again, it should send the WCS GetCoverage request. The Download Coverage button will be removed.
