WSClient_Add admin tab to manage petascope

Description
In WSClient, another admin tab with possible subtabs can be added (e.g: rasdaman/ows/admin will be accessed in WSClient) to allow users update service provider, service identification from WCS/WMS GetCapabilities request.
To access to this admin tab, users will need to login with the credential from petascope.properties.(petascope_admin_user/petascope_admin_password).
The basic JSP code from Petascope needs to be converted to AngularJS javascript in WSClient.
Also, enhance the color of WSClient with the darker color to differentiate between tabs (WCS, WMS) on CSS.
