install pdf docs by default

Description
The pdf manuals in source:manuals_and_examples/manuals should be installed in $RMANHOME/share/rasdaman/doc by default.
The doxygen-generated API docs and the rasj/petascope javadoc are installed only on demand with cmake .. -DGENERATE_DOCS=ON.
