WCS_Client reduce textbox's height for WCPS queries and don't load all covearge's extends by default

In WCPS console, the textbox for a processed query is logged inside a readonly textbox, but this textbox's height occupies large spaces even with a short query. Then, it needs to reduce this unnecessary blank spaces.

Also, from Vlad's idea, it should not load all coveages's extends on WebWorldWind globe when WCS-client is loaded, only when a user clicks on the checkbox to load a specific footprint, it will load this coverage's extend on the globe.
