WCS_Client Add some features for displaying coverage's extents on WebWorldWind

Description
As requested, WCS_Client needs to add a button to display all projectable coverages on WebWorldWind.
Also, a checkbox will be added near every coverageId in coverage's table of GetCapabilities tab. It will allow users to show/hide this coverage's extent on WebWorldWind if this coverage can be displayed (the checkbox is disabled if coverage cannot be displayed - e.g: not geo-referenced coverage).
A shorter text for "Coverages's extents on a globe (Only reprojectable coverages to EPSG:4326)".
