Description

#1557 adds support for stddev_samp, stddev_pop, var_samp, and var_pop functions; they are similar to avg_cells, add_cells, etc. and should be documented in the same place in the QL guide.

I think stddev_samp, stddev_pop, var_samp, and var_pop just need to be appended to the list next to add_cells, avg_cells, etc, no extra text is really necessary.
