SystemTest_WCST_Import_log only log for failed cases with error message

Description
From Vlad's idea, only log the failed cases in test_wcst_import and write the error in the log (as current it does not write stderr to log file).
@Dimitar: other tests (wcs, wms, secore,…) still log the successful ones. I think should be kept the succesful ones in test_wcst_import.
